Use this form to apply for CommandFusion Dealer status, for access to dealer level pricing for hardware purchases.

Dealer pricing is for hardware purchases only.
For better software pricing, you can buy in bulk. Click on 'buy in bulk' on the products store webpage for pricing details.

We understand the dealer application process is time consuming and appreciate your time.

Processing time is usually less than a day during weekdays.

Before applying for dealer status, please make sure you have:
1. Created an account on our online store using the same email that you apply for dealer status with. Otherwise we will not be able to update your pricing access.
2. Created an account on our website using the same email that you apply for dealer status with. Otherwise software purchases cannot be used!

These are two separate accounts, and you MUST sign up separately on the store for us to be able to approve your application and give you access to dealer pricing.

• CommandFusion products must not be sold online unless prior permission is obtained from CommandFusion.
• Pricing other than RRP as listed by CommandFusion must not be listed online without prior approval from CommandFusion.
• You are not permitted to edit the CommandFusion logo or images in anyway. If you need an image or logo and cannot find it on our website, submit a support ticket and we will provide you the appropriate file(s).
• Should an exclusive distributor be appointed in a particular region, all dealers in that region will have their dealer status revoked and dealer pricing will only be available directly from the distributor. CommandFusion products will be still be available from the CommandFusion store at RRP.
• The dealer will refrain from disclosing or in any way reveal, directly or indirectly, to any person or entity, pricing information revealed to the dealer upon approval of dealer status.
• The dealer will not engage in selling practices which misrepresent any aspect of the products or services offered by CommandFusion, or which unfairly mislead or induce an unwilling customer to make a purchase, or which are otherwise irresponsible or not sanctioned by CommandFusion.
• CommandFusion shall not be responsible for any negligence or default of the Dealer, its agents and employees, and will keep CommandFusion indemnified against the same and all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, and expenses in relation hereto.
• CommandFusion retains the right to market all products and services to the public through other online outlets not directly linked to or associated with its corporate, commercial and dealer/distributor website www.commandfusion.com
• Dealer status is Non-transferrable.
• Dealer status may be terminated by either party without notice.
• Dealer status is ongoing until either party advises of termination of the agreement.
